Order Policy
- Refunds:
Please note - All sales are final. We do not issue a refund on any orders for any reason. Because we are a wholesale and private label company, we want to ensure the integrity of our products are maintained. We take quality control, safety and sanitation very seriously.
Please place and review your orders carefully. We will not exchange any products for any reason.
- Replacements:
If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order within 5 days of receiving the product for a replacement to be issued.

Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.
Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate an exchange.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at admin@theomnitrove.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
