Shipping and Processing Times

The Omni Trove processes orders within 1-2 business days, 7 days a week, excluding major US holidays.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any items missing or issues with your order. Email us at admin@theomnitrove.com

  • The Omni Trove may experience a high volume of orders during sales and holidays and you may experience shipping and processing delays.
  • Due to Covid-19 many shipping carriers (USPS, UPS and FEDEX) are experiencing delays with deliveries. Please note that once the shipment leaves our warehouse, we have no control over shipping delays. For concerns, check your tracking number and reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
  • The Omni Trove is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the accurate address and contact information for shipping.

 

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select during check out, and the location of your address.

     

    Estimated shipping is between 10-15 business days 

    PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

    In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order to avoid delays and send you an email that one of your selected items is out of stock. You'll have the opportunity to switch that out  for something else or choose to receive a refund for the out of stock item.
